TVS Motor Q3 FY26: Record Revenue of INR 12,476 Crore and EBITDA Margin of 13.1 Per Cent

TVS Motor Q3 FY26 marked a historic performance for TVS Motor Company, with the automaker reporting its highest-ever quarterly sales, revenue, and profitability for the quarter ended December 2025.

Operating revenue rose 37% year-on-year to ₹12,476 crore, compared to ₹9,097 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

  • The company’s operating EBITDA for TVS Motor Q3 FY26 grew 51% to ₹1,634 crore, up from ₹1,081 crore in Q3 FY25.
  • EBITDA margin expanded to a record 13.1%, compared to a normalised margin of 12.4% in the year-ago quarter.
  • Profit before tax (PBT), before exceptional items, increased 57% to ₹1,315 crore from ₹837 crore in Q3 FY25.

TVS Motor Q3 FY26 Sales Performance Hits Record High

Total two-wheeler and three-wheeler sales, including international operations, grew 27% to an all-time high of 15.44 lakh units during the quarter ended December 2025, compared to 12.12 lakh units in the same period last year.

Motorcycle sales rose 31% to 7.26 lakh units, up from 5.56 lakh units in Q3 FY25. Scooter sales increased 25% to 6.14 lakh units, compared to 4.93 lakh units a year earlier.

International two-wheeler sales grew 35% to 3.66 lakh units, while three-wheeler sales more than doubled, rising 106% to 0.60 lakh units during the quarter.

TVS Motor Q3 FY26 EV Sales Achieve All-Time Quarterly High

Electric vehicle sales during TVS Motor Q3 FY26 grew 40%, reaching the highest-ever quarterly volume of 1.06 lakh units, compared to 0.76 lakh units in the quarter ended December 2024.

Nine-Month Financial Performance Ends December 2025

  • For the nine months ended December 2025, operating revenue increased 29% to ₹34,463 crore, compared to ₹26,701 crore in the same period last year.
  • Operating EBITDA for the nine-month period grew 41% to ₹4,406 crore, up from ₹3,121 crore in the previous year. PBT before exceptional items rose 43% to ₹3,594 crore, compared to ₹2,517 crore.
  • Profit after tax (PAT) stood at ₹2,625 crore, up from ₹1,858 crore during the corresponding period.

Nine-Month Sales Growth Across Segments

  • Total two-wheeler and three-wheeler sales, including international business, grew 23% to 43.28 lakh units during the nine months ended December 2025, compared to 35.27 lakh units a year earlier.
  • Motorcycle sales increased 24% to 20.19 lakh units, while scooter sales rose 25% to 17.52 lakh units. International two-wheeler sales grew 35% to 10.47 lakh units.
  • Three-wheeler sales reached 1.59 lakh units, compared to 0.98 lakh units in the same period last year.
  • Electric vehicle sales for the nine months grew 26% to 2.56 lakh units, up from 2.03 lakh units.
